Ultimate One-Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Busy weeknights call for quick, comforting, and flavor-packed meals! This One-Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce is a family favorite ready in under 30 minutes with minimal cleanup! Perfect for a cozy dinner that everyone will love!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
3 cups water (or low-sodium beef broth for extra flavor)
12 oz spaghetti, broken in half
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese & fresh basil (for serving)
Directions:
In a large pot or deep skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add the onion & garlic. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the marinara sauce, water, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Add the spaghetti, pressing it down so it’s mostly submerged.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover & simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender & the sauce thickens.
Serve hot, topped with Parmesan & fresh basil!
Pro Tip: Want a creamy twist? Stir in ¼ cup heavy cream or a spoonful of cream cheese at the end!
