Ultimate Loaded Cheesy Beef Nachos Recipe (Perfect Party Appetizer!)

Looking for the best cheesy beef nachos recipe? These loaded nachos are packed with melty cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, seasoned ground beef, fresh veggies, and zesty toppings. Ideal for game day, parties, or a fun family dinner, this easy nacho recipe will disappear fast!

    Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (for rich, bold flavor)

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (for that perfect melt)

1 lb ground beef (lean, for less grease)

1 packet taco seasoning (for classic Tex-Mex taste)

1 cup corn kernels (optional, adds sweetness & crunch)

1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (for heat, optional)

    ½ red onion, finely diced

    1 tomato, diced (for freshness)

1 ripe avocado, diced (for creamy goodness)

    Sour cream, for drizzling

Tortilla chips (enough to cover a large baking sheet)

    Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned.

    3. Stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Cook until sauce thickens and coats the beef.

    4. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

    5. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips.

    6. Layer the seasoned beef over the cheese.

    7. Add toppings: jalapeños, corn, red onion, and diced tomato.

    8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese generously on top.

    9. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

    10. Remove from the oven and top with diced avocado, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.

    11. Serve immediately and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
