    Ultimate Creamy Three-Cheese Rigatoni Bake

    Looking for the perfect baked pasta dish that’s rich, cheesy, and irresistibly creamy? This Three-Cheese Rigatoni Bake is loaded with melty mozzarella, creamy ricotta, and nutty Parmesan, all smothered in a silky garlic cream sauce and zesty marinara! It’s an easy family dinner, crowd-pleasing casserole, and cozy comfort food classic ready in under an hour!

     

    Ingredients:

    16 oz rigatoni pasta

    2 cups marinara sauce

    1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    1 cup ricotta cheese

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 cups heavy cream

    2 garlic cloves, minced

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp dried basil

    Salt and pepper to taste

     

    Instructions:

    1. Boil Pasta: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2. Make Cream Sauce: In a skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and dried basil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    3. Mix Pasta: In a large bowl, combine cooked rigatoni, marinara sauce, and ricotta cheese. Stir until coated.

    4. Assemble & Bake: Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake 25–30 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.

    5. Serve: Let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil for that final gourmet touch!

    Cook Time: 30 minutes
