Ingredients:

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Topping:
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Cook the Macaroni:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente (slightly firm). Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Cheese Sauce:
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add flour and whisk continuously for 2-3 minutes to form a roux.
