    This Tzatziki Chicken Salad is a refreshing and healthy dish perfect for any meal.

    Combining the creamy goodness of homemade tzatziki sauce with tender, chopped chicken, this salad is both flavorful and nutritious.

    Fresh romaine lettuce, juicy grape tomatoes, zesty pepperoncini peppers, savory Kalamata olives, and crunchy red onion create a delightful mix of textures. Crumbled feta cheese adds a tangy finish, enhancing the Mediterranean flavors.

    Ideal for a quick lunch or light dinner, this salad is easy to prepare and sure to satisfy.

    Tzatziki Chicken Salad Recipe 

     

    Tzatziki Chicken Salad Recipe

    Ingredients:

    Tzatziki Sauce:
    – 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
    – ½ Cucumber, grated
    – 2 to 3 Garlic Cloves, pressed
    – 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    – 2 Tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
    – Salt and Pepper to taste

    Salad:
    – 2 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped
    – 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
    – 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, halved
    – ½ cup Pepperoncini Peppers, sliced
    – ½ cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
    – ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped
    – ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

    Directions:

    1- Prepare Tzatziki Sauce: In a bowl, mix 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, pressed garlic cloves, olive oil, and fresh chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    2- Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, toss together the chopped romaine lettuce, halved grape tomatoes, sliced pepperoncini peppers, sliced Kalamata olives, and chopped red onion.
    3- Add Chicken: Layer the chopped cooked chicken over the salad base.
    4- Top with Tzatziki: Generously drizzle the prepared tzatziki sauce over the salad.
    5- Garnish with Feta: Finish by sprinkling crumbled feta cheese on top.
