    Tomato Basil Mug Quiche

     

    Whip up this Tomato Basil Mug Quiche in just minutes! A light, protein-packed breakfast or snack bursting with fresh basil, juicy tomatoes, and melty mozzarella. Perfect for busy mornings or a healthy Mediterranean-inspired treat.

    Ingredients:

    1 egg
    2 tbsp milk (any type dairy or plant-based)
    2 tbsp diced tomato
    1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
    2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
    Pinch of salt

    Directions:
