    Toffee Butterscotch Poke Cake

    • 1 cup water
    • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

    • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 (16 oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
    • 1/2 cup toffee bits
    • 1 (2 oz) package honey toasted peanuts, chopped

    INSTRUCTIONS:
