This traditional recipe is perfect for you lunch

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 6 potatoes
    • 6 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 2 onions
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 150 g of pepperoni
    • 1 tablespoon of butter
    • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
    • cheese

    INSTRUCTIONS:

In a pot full of water, add six potatoes and cook them for
about 20 minutes or until they’re soft.

In another pot full of water, add 6 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt and cook them
    for 10 minutes.

Take  two onions. Cut them in half and then thinly slice them.

In a pan, add two tablespoons of olive oil, the onions and fry them until soft and caramelized.

Now, slice 150 g of pepperoni.

And in the pan with the onions, add salt to taste and mix it.

The potatoes are already cooked, peel them and then slice them.

The eggs are already cooked, remove the shells and cut them into slices just like we did with the potatoes.

    After you taste this recipe.

In a baking pan, add one tablespoon of butter and with the help of
a brush, spread it all over the baking pan, after that, add the
potato slices lined up in a nice way one by one, then add
salt to taste, black pepper to taste, on top of the potatoes,
put the onions that we fried. Spreading them very well all
over the baking pan then put paprika to taste then the
pepperoni and in between put the egg slices and on top of
all put 200 grams of cottage cheese. Cover with the remaining potatoes just like we did with the first layer.
Finally, add salt to taste, paprika to taste, black pepper to taste, add the remaining onions, the rest of the pepperoni and the eggs finally more cottage cheese.
Cover it first with baking paper and then with aluminium foil and bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.

    And the recipe is ready.
