    This is the most delicious chicken breast I’ve ever had

     

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 3 chicken breast
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
    • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
    • 4 potatoes
    • ½ teaspoon of paprika
    • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese

     

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    For this recipe, take three chicken breast and cut them into fillets.
    Cover it with plastic wrap and use a hammer to break the fibers to make the chicken softer.

    Season it with salt to taste, black pepper to taste, then brush the chicken breast with three tablespoons of mayonnaise.

    Take four potatoes, cut them into thin strips ,

    Put the potatoes in a pan, add salt to taste, half teaspoon of paprika and one tablespoon of olive oil.

    Take mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, cut it and then put the pieces on each chicken fillet to stuff it and then wrap each fillet up.

    Put the stuffed chicken inside the pan on top of the potatoes

    Finally, brush mayonnaise over each chicken breast, and bake it in the oven at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

    Put cheese on top of everything and let it bake for another 5 minutes.

    And the chicken is ready
