To start the recipe, we need 500 g of chicken breasts, cut them into fillets. And then, use a hammer to break up the fibers and make our chicken softer.
Now, add three tablespoons of flour, spread it well over the chicken on both sides.
In a pan, add three tablespoons of butter, olive oil and stir until the butter melts.
Now put the chicken breasts inside the pan and let them fry, and when one side is fried, turn it over to fry the other side, at this point, add 200 ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of oregano, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
