    Tennessee Onions Recipe

    Looking for a simple yet delicious side dish that pairs perfectly with steak, chicken, or barbecue? This Tennessee Onions recipe is a Southern classic made with layers of sweet onions, melted cheddar cheese, golden breadcrumbs, and butter. It’s the ultimate baked onion casserole comforting, cheesy, and full of flavor!

    Ingredients:

    2 large sweet onions, sliced into rings
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    ½ cup breadcrumbs
    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Arrange the sliced onion rings in a greased baking dish.
    Drizzle the onions with melted butter for rich flavor.
    Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese evenly over the onions.
    Top with breadcrumbs, then season with salt and pepper.
