    Swedish Meatball Noodle Bake

    This Swedish Meatball Noodle Bake is the ultimate comfort food casserole, combining juicy homemade meatballs, tender egg noodles, and a rich, creamy gravy baked to cheesy perfection.     Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp olive oil (for browning)
    12 oz egg noodles
    2 tbsp butter
    2 tbsp flour
    2 cups beef broth
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tsp alcohol-free Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
    Chopped parsley, for garnish

    Instructions:

    Cook egg noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
    In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs on all sides. Remove and set aside.
    In the same skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour, and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
    Slowly add beef broth, whisking until smooth and thickened (2–3 minutes).
    Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce; adjust seasoning.
    Add cooked noodles to a greased baking dish and mix with the sauce.
    Nestle meatballs into the noodles and sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
    Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
