    Ingredients:

    – Donuts:
    – 2 cups all-purpose flour
    – 1 packet active dry yeast
    – 1/2 cup warm milk
    – 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    – 2 tablespoons butter, softened
    – 1 large egg
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – Vegetable oil for frying

    – Strawberry Cream Filling:
    – 1 cup heavy whipping cream
    – 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
    – 1/4 cup strawberry jam

    – For decoration:
    – Powdered sugar

    Instructions:

    Make the dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, warm milk, sugar, butter, egg, and salt. Knead the mixture until a smooth, elastic dough forms. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and allow it to rise until it has doubled in size, about an hour.

    Shape and fry: Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch and cut out donut shapes with a cutter. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the donuts until they turn golden brown. Place the fried donuts on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

    Prepare the strawberry cream filling: In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and strawberry jam until fully incorporated.

    Fill and finish: Once the donuts have cooled slightly, use a piping bag to inject each donut with the strawberry cream filling. Lightly dust the tops of the filled donuts with powdered sugar and savor the sweet, fruity delight!
