    Steak with Shrimp & Lobster Sauce Recipe

     

     

    Steak with Shrimp & Lobster Sauce Recipe

    Ingredients:

    For the Steak:
    – 4 beef steaks (such as ribeye or filet mignon)
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil

    For the Shrimp:
    – 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    – 1 tablespoon olive oil
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – Salt and pepper to taste

    For the Lobster Sauce:
    – 2 tablespoons butter
    – 1/2 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
    – 1 cup heavy cream
    – 1/2 cup chicken broth
    – 1 tablespoon tomato paste
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 teaspoon paprika
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

    Instructions:

    Prepare the Steaks:
    1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
    2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

    Prepare the Shrimp:
    3. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
    4. Add the shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    Prepare the Lobster Sauce:
    5. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
    6. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika, cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
    7. Add the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until it thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes.
    8. Stir in the chopped lobster meat, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the lobster is heated through.

    Serve:
    9. Arrange the cooked steaks on a serving platter.
    10. Top each steak with the cooked shrimp.
    11. Spoon the lobster sauce over the steaks and shrimp.
    12. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
