    Steak with Shrimp and Lobster Sauce

Perfectly seared ribeye steak pairs beautifully with tender shrimp and chunks of lobster, all coated in a rich, creamy sauce that’s full of savory flavors. This ultimate surf & turf dish is ideal for special occasions, bringing the flavors of steakhouse dining right to your table. With just 35 minutes of cooking, you can savor an unforgettable meal bursting with elegance and flavor. Garnish with fresh parsley for a beautiful finish!

    Ingredients:

    2 ribeye steaks

    8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

    1 lobster tail, cut into small pieces

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 small shallot, finely chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    2 tbsp butter

    2 tbsp olive oil

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Steak: Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your preferred doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.

    2. Make the Sauce Base: In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter. Sauté shallots and garlic for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

    3. Cook Shrimp & Lobster: Add the shrimp and lobster to the skillet, cooking until shrimp turns pink and lobster is done, around 4-5 minutes. Set aside.

    4. Deglaze with Broth or Stock: Instead of white wine, add a splash (about 1/4 cup) of chicken or seafood stock to deglaze the skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Let it reduce slightly.

    5. Finish the Lobster Sauce: Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. Return shrimp and lobster to the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 2 more minutes.

    6. Serve: Plate the steaks and top them with the creamy shrimp and lobster sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley for a touch of freshness!
