    Steak and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles Recipe

     

    Steak and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles Recipe

     

    Satisfy your cravings with this flavor-packed Steak and Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles! Loaded with tender beef, juicy shrimp, colorful veggies, and savory Asian sauces, this easy noodle stir-fry recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend indulgence. Ready in just 30 minutes!

    Ingredients for Surf & Turf Noodles (Serves 4):

    8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced

    8 oz large shrimp, peeled & deveined

    8 oz stir-fry noodles (or lo mein noodles)

    1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

    1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

    1 onion, sliced

    3 garlic cloves, minced

    1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated

    1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

    2 tbsp oyster sauce

    1 tbsp sesame oil

    2 tbsp vegetable oil

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)

    How to Make Steak & Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles:

    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Cook Time: 15 minutes
    Total Time: 30 minutes

    1. Boil the Noodles: Cook noodles as directed on the package. Drain and set aside.

    2. Sear the Steak: In a hot wok or large skillet, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Add sliced flank steak, season lightly, and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.

    3. Cook the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the pan, cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

    4. Sauté Aromatics: Add remaining oil if needed. Toss in garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.

    5. Add Vegetables: Throw in the bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until slightly tender, about 2-3 minutes.

    6. Combine Ingredients: Return steak and shrimp to the wok. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.

    7. Toss in Noodles: Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry until everything is evenly coated and heated through.

    8. Garnish & Serve: Top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot!
