Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
Scoop and flatten small spoonfuls onto the baking sheet to form thin rounds.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden and crisp.
