Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Fresh Mango Salsa

Craving a flavor-packed, healthy seafood taco recipe? These Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa are the ultimate summer dinner idea! Juicy, pan-seared shrimp tossed in bold Mexican spices, wrapped in warm tortillas, and topped with a sweet and tangy mango salsa a tropical taco night dream!

    Ingredients:
    For the Spicy Shrimp:

1 lb (450g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp chili powder

    1 tsp smoked paprika

    ½ tsp garlic powder

    ¼ tsp ground cumin

    For the Fresh Mango Salsa:

    1 ripe mango, diced

    ¼ red onion, finely chopped

1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced

    2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

    Juice of 1 lime

    Salt to taste

    Instructions:

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. Toss well to coat.

    2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.

    3. In another bowl, mix diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the mango salsa.

    4. Warm corn or flour tortillas, add a few shrimp to each, and top generously with mango salsa.

    5. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges and cilantro.

Tip: These spicy shrimp tacos are gluten-free if you use corn tortillas and make the perfect quick weeknight dinner, taco bar idea, or party appetizer.
