Spicy Shrimp Noodle Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
6 oz rice noodles (vermicelli or thin rice noodles)
4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth for vegetarian option)
2 tbsp soy sauce (or fish sauce for deeper flavor)
1 tbsp chili garlic paste
2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
½ cup cilantro leaves
1 tbsp lime juice
Directions:
Cook the Rice Noodles Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Broth Heat sesame oil in a pot. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant. Stir in chili garlic paste, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Pour in broth and bring to a simmer.
Cook the Shrimp Add shrimp to the simmering broth and cook until pink (about 2–3 minutes).
