    Ingredients You’ll Need:

    4 salmon fillets (fresh, skin-on or skinless, patted dry)

    Salt and pepper to taste

    6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

    1/3 cup honey

    Homemade Cajun Seasoning:

    1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

    2 tbsp garlic powder

    2 tsp Italian seasoning

    2 tsp smoked paprika

    1 tsp onion powder

    1 tsp black pepper

    1/4 tsp salt
