    Soft Melender Cake Recipe

    Ingredients:

    – 500 grams of wheat flour
    – 1 teaspoon of baking powder
    – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
    – 150 grams of heavy cream
    – 350 grams of white sugar
    – 200 milliliters of milk (room temperature)
    – 4 small eggs
    – 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
    – 1 pinch of salt

    Step-by-Step Preparation:

    1. Start Mixing the Eggs: Begin by adding 4 small eggs to your mixer.

    2. Add Spices and Salt: Incorporate 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt to give a special touch to your soft melender cake.

    3. Add Dairy and Sugar: Mix in 150 grams of heavy cream, 350 grams of white sugar, and 200 milliliters of room-temperature milk.

    4. Include Butter and Vanilla: Add 1 and a half tablespoons of butter (or margarine) and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Cover and mix all the ingredients well for 3 minutes.

    5. Incorporate Flour Gradually: Gradually add 500 grams of all-purpose flour to avoid overloading the mixer.

    6. Add Baking Powder: Mix in 1 tablespoon of baking powder until you achieve a smooth batter.

    7. Prepare the Cake Pan: Grease a cake pan with butter and dust it with flour to ensure easy removal of the cake.

    8. Bake the Cake: Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.

    9. Finish and Enjoy: After 45 minutes, your super soft melender cake is ready to enjoy. This easy blender cake recipe yields a delicious, soft cake perfect for any occasion.
