Soft Cream Buns Recipe
**Ingredients:
– 300 ml hot milk
– 18g fresh brewer’s yeast
– 100g sugar
– 2 eggs
– 100 ml sunflower oil
– 800g flour
– 6g salt
**For the Cream:**
– 400ml milk
– 70g sugar
– 1 egg
– 8g vanilla sugar
– 20g cornstarch
– 15g flour
– 15g butter
– 1 egg yolk
**Preparation:**
1. Mix hot milk with fresh brewer’s yeast, sugar, eggs, and sunflower oil. Add flour and salt, then mix well. Brush the dough with oil, make a cross-shaped cut on the dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 3 hours or until doubled in size.
2. Divide the dough into balls, place them in a mold, cover with a cloth, and let them rise for 30 minutes.
3. In a saucepan, combine milk, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch, and flour. Stir over heat until the cream thickens, then add butter.
4. Crush the buns and pour the cream over them in spirals.
5. Brush the dough with egg yolk, then bake in the oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
6. Sprinkle icing sugar over the buns before serving.
