    Smoky Jalapeño Popper Chicken Bombs

    Ingredients:

    – 10 thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    – 1 pound hot Italian sausage
    – 6 ounces cream cheese
    – 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese
    – ⅓ cup sliced green onions
    – 10 jalapeños
    – 36 ounces bacon (3 packs)
    – 2 tablespoons Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
    – 1 tablespoon black pepper
    – BBQ sauce for brushing

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C) to infuse that irresistible smoky flavor into your chicken bombs.

    2. In a mixing bowl, combine hot Italian sausage, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions to create a savory stuffing mixture.

    3. Prepare the jalapeños by cutting off the ends, slicing them lengthwise, and carefully removing the seeds to control the heat level.

    4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the sausage and cheese mixture, ensuring every bite is packed with deliciousness.

    5. Lay out the thin chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season generously with Slap Ya Mama Seasoning and black pepper for a kick of Cajun flavor.

    6. Place a stuffed jalapeño on each chicken breast, then carefully roll them up into neat bundles.

    7. Wrap each chicken bundle with strips of bacon, securing them in place with toothpicks to create those iconic chicken bombs.

    8. Place the assembled chicken bombs on the grill grates of your smoker and let them smoke for approximately 4 hours, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.

    9. As the chicken bombs near perfection, brush them with your favorite BBQ sauce for a sweet and tangy glaze.

    10. Continue smoking the chicken bombs for an additional 20-30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), ensuring tender, juicy perfection with every bite.

    11. Once cooked to perfection, remove the toothpicks and serve these delectable Smoky Jalapeño Popper Chicken Bombs to eager guests or hungry family members.
