1 lb Italian sausage
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
2 cups heavy cream
1 (8 oz) package lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
