Ingredients:
2 pounds sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
⅔ cup water
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp light brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
2 tsp garlic, minced
For the sauce: 3 tbsp cornstarch mixed with ⅓ cup water
