    Get ready for a hearty and delicious meal with this Slow Cooker Taco Soup! Packed with seasoned ground beef, beans, corn, and a rich tomato base, this easy recipe is perfect for busy nights. Just toss the ingredients into your slow cooker and let the magic happen!

    Ingredients:

    1 pound ground beef

    1 onion, chopped

    1 (16-ounce) can chili beans, with liquid

    1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, with liquid

    1 (15-ounce) can whole kernel corn, with liquid

    1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce

    2 cups water

    2 (14.5-ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes

    1 (4-ounce) can diced green chile peppers

    1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Beef: In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

    2. Combine Ingredients: In a slow cooker, add the cooked ground beef, chopped onion, chili beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, water, diced tomatoes, green chile peppers, and taco seasoning mix.

    3. Mix and Cook: Stir everything together to combine well. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or on High for 4 hours.

    4. Serve and Enjoy: Ladle into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, and tortilla chips for the ultimate taco soup experience!
