Slow Cooker Pepper Steak with Tender Beef Strips

Ingredients:
2 lbs beef sirloin, sliced into 2-inch strips
Garlic powder, to taste
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 cup hot water
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 large green bell peppers, sliced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Season the beef strips with garlic powder.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and sear the beef until browned. Transfer the beef to your slow cooker.
3. In a small bowl, dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water. Stir in the cornstarch until smooth.
4. Pour the broth mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
5. Add onions, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt to the cooker. Stir gently to combine.
6. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3–4 hours or on LOW for 6–8 hours, until the beef is tender and flavors are well blended.
