Slow Cooker Pepper Steak with Broccoli

Ingredients:
1 lb beef tips (or diced steak)
½ bag of frozen bell peppers and onions, chopped
2 cups beef broth
½ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & black pepper to taste
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Tony Chachere’s seasoning (or your favorite Creole seasoning)
½ bag of frozen broccoli florets
Cooked white rice for serving
Instructions:
1. Prep the Crockpot: Add your beef tips or diced steak into the crockpot.
2. Add Veggies: Toss in the chopped peppers and onions.
3. Mix the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the meat and veggies in the crockpot.
4. Season It Up: Sprinkle in salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Tony Chachere’s seasoning to taste.
5. Cook on High: Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
6. Add Broccoli: After 2 hours, stir in the frozen broccoli florets and reduce heat to low for the remaining hour.
