    Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler Recipe

This Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler is a deliciously simple dessert perfect for any occasion. Made with sweet peach pie filling, cake mix, and buttery goodness, it requires minimal effort and delivers maximum flavor. The slow cooker does all the work, creating a golden, tender topping and warm, gooey peaches underneath. Serve it hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce for the ultimate indulgence. It’s the perfect comfort food dessert that everyone will love!

    Ingredients:

42 oz. canned peach pie filling (two 21-oz. cans)

15.25 oz. box vanilla or white cake mix

½ cup salted butter (1 stick)

    Optional for serving:

    Vanilla ice cream

    Caramel sauce

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare Your Slow Cooker: Coat the slow cooker with non-stick spray or rub it with butter for easy cleanup.

    2. Layer the Ingredients: Spread the peach pie filling evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the peaches, then dot the top with butter pieces.

    3. Cook to Perfection: Set the slow cooker to HIGH and cook for 2.5 hours, or until the cake topping is golden brown on the edges and fully cooked.

    4. Serve and Enjoy: Scoop the warm cobbler into bowls and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce, if desired.

    Notes and Tips:

Add Crunch: Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the butter before cooking for added texture.

Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat in the microwave before serving.

Cake Mix Variations: If you don’t have vanilla cake mix, feel free to substitute with yellow, spice, or white cake mix for a delicious twist.
