Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
4 cups crushed Doritos
1 small onion, diced
1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and cook for about 3 minutes until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix tomatoes with chilies, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, corn, black beans, and ½ cup cheddar cheese.
Add 2 cups crushed Doritos to the bottom of the slow cooker.
Spread half of the soup mixture over the chips.
Add the seasoned ground beef evenly over the top.
Repeat with remaining Doritos and soup mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
