    Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken Recipe

     

    This Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken is the ultimate comfort food, combining tender, juicy chicken thighs with creamy Parmesan and perfectly seasoned baby potatoes.     4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

    3–4 cloves garlic, minced

    3 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp garlic salt

    1 tsp paprika

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 lb baby potatoes (halved if large)

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Garlic Mixture:
    In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, garlic salt, paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    2. Season the Chicken:
    Rub half of the garlic mixture onto the chicken thighs.

    3. Brown the Chicken:
    Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken thighs for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.

    4. Assemble the Slow Cooker:
    Toss baby potatoes with the remaining garlic mixture and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker. Arrange the browned chicken thighs on top.

    5. Cook to Perfection:
    Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.

    6. Add the Parmesan:
    Before serving, sprinkle the chicken with grated Parmesan cheese.

    7. Garnish & Serve:
