    Slow Cooker Crockpot Chili Recipe

    Enjoy this easy Crockpot Chili made with ground beef, beans, tomatoes, and warm spices. A hearty, high-protein slow cooker chili perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, and family dinners. Simple, comforting, and packed with flavor!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef (or lean ground turkey for a lighter option)
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
    1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
    1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    Salt & pepper, to taste

    Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, jalapeños

    Directions:

    Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

    Add the meat, onion, and garlic into your slow cooker.

    Stir in the beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Mix everything together.

    Cover and cook:
    LOW for 6–8 hours
    HIGH for 3–4 hours
