    Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake

    Creamy, Cheesy, and Perfectly Comforting!
    Indulge in this rich and cozy Crockpot Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake a creamy slow-cooker pasta packed with tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a velvety Alfredo sauce. It’s the perfect family-friendly comfort meal for busy weeknights or lazy Sundays. Every bite is cheesy, hearty, and irresistibly delicious!

    Ingredients:

    1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
    2 cups uncooked penne or rotini pasta
    3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
    2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
    1 small onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    ½ cup heavy cream or milk
    ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ¼ teaspoon black pepper
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    Optional: Extra Parmesan and chopped parsley for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Base:
    Drizzle olive oil into the crockpot. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and chicken breasts. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

    2. Add Pasta & Liquids:
    Pour in chicken broth and Alfredo sauce. Add uncooked pasta and stir to coat evenly.

    3. Slow Cook:
    Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring once midway. The pasta should be tender and the chicken fully cooked.

    4. Finish with Cream & Broccoli:
    About 30 minutes before serving, stir in broccoli florets, heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cover again until the broccoli is tender and the cheese melts into a luscious sauce.

    5. Serve & Enjoy:
    Shred the chicken if desired, stir everything together, and garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley before serving.
