10 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

½ tsp garlic powder

Cooking spray or butter (for greasing the slow cooker)

Directions:

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
