Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small white onion, diced
1 small poblano pepper, seeded and diced
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
