    Ingredients:

    1 ½ pounds beef chuck roast, sliced into bite-sized pieces

    4 cups beef broth

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

    ¼ cup soy sauce

    1 tablespoon oyster sauce

    1 tablespoon brown sugar

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional for heat)

    2 carrots, julienned

    1 red bell pepper, sliced

    4 green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)

    8 ounces ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)

    Sesame seeds, for garnish

    Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Beef: Add bite-sized pieces of beef chuck roast to your slow cooker.

    2. Create the Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together beef broth, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chili flakes (if desired). Pour the sauce mixture over the beef.

    3. Add Onions: Stir in the white parts of the green onions. Cover the slow cooker and cook:

    On low for 6–8 hours

    Or on high for 3–4 hours, until the beef becomes tender.

    4. Add Veggies: About 30 minutes before serving, add julienned carrots and sliced red bell peppers. Stir gently to combine.

    5. Cook the Noodles: While the veggies cook, prepare the ramen noodles. Boil in water according to the package instructions (usually 3–4 minutes). Drain and set aside.

    6. Combine and Serve: Once the veggies are tender, stir in the cooked ramen noodles. Mix everything to coat the noodles with the flavorful sauce.

    7. Garnish and Enjoy: Serve hot, garnished with the green onion tops, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro or parsley.
