    Slow Cooker Beef and Cheese Ravioli Lasagna with Spinach

     

    This Slow Cooker Beef and Cheese Ravioli Lasagna with Spinach is the ultimate comfort food, perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends. Layers of tender beef ravioli, savory marinara sauce, melted mozzarella, and fresh spinach come together effortlessly in your slow cooker. It’s a hearty, cheesy meal the whole family will love, with minimal prep and cleanup. Packed with protein and veggies, it’s a delicious way to enjoy classic Italian flavors.     Ingredients:

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 onion, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 pound ground beef

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1 (24-ounce) jar marinara sauce

    1 (25-ounce) package beef ravioli

    1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach, rinsed and trimmed

    2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

    1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

    Directions:

    1. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant and translucent.

    2. Brown the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in half of the marinara sauce and set aside.

    3. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Spread a thin layer of the remaining marinara sauce on the bottom.

    4. Layer the Ingredients:

    Start with a layer of beef ravioli.

    Add a layer of the beef and sauce mixture.

    Follow with a layer of fresh spinach.

    Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

    Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.

    5. Cook to Perfection: Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    6. Finish and Serve: Garnish with dried Italian herbs and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for extra flavor. Serve hot and enjoy!
