    Directions

    1. Layer the ingredients: Place raw ground beef in the bottom of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Break into large chunks no need to brown.
    2. Season the beef: Sprinkle the brown gravy mix evenly over the meat, ensuring it sticks to the surface. This helps create a rich, savory gravy as it cooks.
    3. Add broth: Pour beef broth over the seasoned ground beef. Do not stir letting the layers stay intact allows the beef to steam and cook gently.
    4. Slow cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until beef is fully cooked and tender.
    5. Combine beef and gravy: Break the beef into small crumbles directly in the slow cooker and stir well with the gravy. Skim excess fat if needed.
    6. Cook the noodles: Add uncooked egg noodles, pressing them gently into the gravy. Cover and cook on HIGH for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and coated in gravy.
    7. Serve: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired. Serve with a side of green beans, salad, or roasted vegetables.
