Slow Cooker Amish Glazed Carrots

2 lbs baby carrots
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup honey
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
Place baby carrots in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, melted butter, honey, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the sweet glaze over the carrots and toss to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours until the carrots are fork-tender.
