With juicy chicken breasts simmered in a savory gravy, it’s the perfect comfort food for busy weeknights or lazy weekends. Serve it over mashed potatoes, fluffy rice, or warm biscuits for the ultimate homestyle meal.

    Ingredients:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    2 packets (1 oz each) chicken gravy mix

    1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

    2 cups chicken broth

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp onion powder

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    1/2 tsp paprika (optional for a smoky kick)

    1 tbsp butter

    1/2 cup sour cream (optional, for extra creamy texture)

    Fresh parsley (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare Your Crockpot:

    Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika for enhanced flavor.

    2. Whisk the Gravy Mixture:

    In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth, then pour over the chicken.

    3. Slow Cook to Perfection:

    Dot the mixture with butter, cover, and cook:

    On LOW for 6–8 hours

    Or on HIGH for 4 hours
    Until the chicken is fully cooked and fork-tender.

    4. Shred the Chicken:

    Remove the cooked chicken, shred using two forks, then stir it back into the savory gravy.

    5. (Optional) Add Creamy Goodness:

    For a creamier finish, stir in 1/2 cup of sour cream and mix until well combined.

    6. Serve and Enjoy:

    Serve the creamy chicken and gravy over mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or buttery biscuits. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.
