Ingredients for Garlic Beef Stir-Fry
8 oz (225g) egg noodles
1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 carrots, julienned
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Toss well and let sit for 10 minutes.
3. Stir-fry the vegetables: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add red bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.
4. Cook the beef: Add 2 tbsp oil to the pan. Toss in garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds, then add marinated beef. Cook until browned and just cooked through, about 3–4 minutes.

6. Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy your authentic garlic beef stir-fry with noodles hot!
