    Sizzling Garlic Beef Stir-Fry with Green Bell Peppers

It’s the perfect combination of tender beef, crunchy bell peppers, and aromatic garlic cloves ideal for those craving a healthy beef stir-fry recipe that satisfies.

    Ingredients:

    250g (1/2 lb) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

    1 tbsp soy sauce

    1 tsp oyster sauce

    1/2 tsp black pepper

    1 tsp cornstarch

    2 tbsp vegetable oil

    6–8 whole garlic cloves, peeled

    1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced

    1 tsp soy sauce

    1 tsp oyster sauce

    1/2 tsp sugar

    1 tbsp water (optional, for extra sauce)

    Directions:

    1. Marinate the Beef:
    In a bowl, combine sliced beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10–15 minutes to lock in flavor and tenderness.

    2. Sear the Beef:
    Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    3. Sauté Garlic & Bell Peppers:
    In the same pan, heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Add whole garlic cloves and stir-fry until golden and aromatic (1–2 minutes). Toss in green bell pepper slices and cook for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.

    4. Bring It All Together:
    Return the beef to the pan. Add the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a splash of water if needed. Stir-fry everything for 1–2 more minutes until evenly coated and glossy.

    5. Serve & Enjoy:
    Serve hot over steamed jasmine rice or noodles. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired!
