8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz steak, thinly sliced into bite-sized pieces
12 oz lo mein or spaghetti noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
For the Teriyaki Sauce:
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
How to Make Shrimp and Steak Teriyaki Noodles
Cook the Noodles:
Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Homemade Teriyaki Sauce:
In a small saucepan, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Heat until simmering. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until thick and glossy. Set aside.
