    Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry

     

     

    This Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry is a quick and flavorful meal, perfect for busy weeknights. Succulent shrimp and vibrant bell peppers are stir-fried with a savory sauce, creating a delicious dish in just 20 minutes. It’s a healthy and satisfying option, packed with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Serve it over rice for a complete, nutritious dinner that everyone will love.

    Ingredients:

    – 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    – 2 bell peppers, sliced
    – 1 onion, sliced
    – 2 tbsp soy sauce
    – 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    – 1 tbsp cornstarch
    – 1/2 cup chicken broth
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 tbsp vegetable oil

    Directions:

    1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth until smooth.

    2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.

    3. Add the minced garlic, bell peppers, and onion to the wok, and stir-fry until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

    4. Toss in the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and are fully cooked.

    5. Pour the sauce mixture into the wok, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the shrimp and vegetables.

    6. Serve immediately with rice for a flavorful and satisfying meal.
