    Instructions
    1. Cook the Taco Beef
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the ground beef and cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned and fully cooked.

    Drain excess grease.

    Stir in two-thirds of the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water.

    Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the mixture thickens and the flavors combine.

    Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

    2. Make the Creamy Taco Dressing
    In a small bowl, whisk together:

    Sour cream

    Salsa

    Remaining taco seasoning

    Lime juice
