    Seared Steak Gnocchi Skillet

The Seared Steak Gnocchi Skillet combines tender, marinated beef bites with golden-browned gnocchi for a hearty, one-pan meal. With hints of lemon, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic, this dish brings rich flavors to every bite. Quick and easy to prepare, it’s perfect for busy weeknights when you crave a satisfying dinner. Top with freshly grated Parmesan for an added touch of savory goodness. A delicious, comforting recipe that’s sure to become a family favorite!

    Ingredients:

1 pound beef sirloin steak or beef tenderloin, diced

    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

    1 teaspoon onion powder

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    2 pounds dried gnocchi

    2 tablespoons butter

    2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (optional for serving)

    Instructions:

    1. Marinate the Steak: Dice steak into bite-sized pieces, trimming excess fat if needed. Place steak pieces into a resealable bag or shallow bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 1–8 hours to allow flavors to blend.

    2. Cook the Gnocchi: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

    3. Sear the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add half of the marinated steak (leaving liquid behind). Sear steak pieces until browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. Repeat with remaining steak.

    4. Combine and Finish: Return all steak to the skillet, add butter and crushed garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add gnocchi and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 3–5 minutes.

    5. Serve: Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired, and enjoy hot.
