This Savory Sausage Skillet combines succulent sausage with tender Idaho potatoes and fresh green beans for a hearty meal. Ingredients:

– 1/2 Onion, Chopped
– 1 Spoonful Minced Garlic
– 1 lb. Sausage (any variety)
– 6 Medium Idaho Potatoes, Diced
– 1 Small Bag of Fresh Green Beans
– 4 Tbsp. Butter
– Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika

Instructions:

1. Boil Green Beans: Cook fresh green beans in boiling water for 12-15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

2. Sauté Onions and Garlic: Heat a large skillet and sauté chopped onions with minced garlic until aromatic.

3. Cook Sausage: Add the sausage to the skillet and cook until browned. Do not drain the fat for added flavor.

4. Add Potatoes and Seasonings: Mix in butter, diced Idaho potatoes, and your choice of seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika). Continue cooking on medium-high heat for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

5. Incorporate Green Beans: In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the boiled green beans to the skillet to absorb the flavors without becoming too soft.
