    This Savory Philly Cheesesteak Pasta is a delightful fusion of classic Philly cheesesteak flavors and comforting pasta.

    Savory Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

     

    Savory Philly Cheesesteak Pasta

    Ingredients:
    – 8 oz. fusilli pasta
    – 1 lb. thinly sliced beef sirloin or ribeye steak
    – 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    – 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    – 8 oz. white mushrooms, sliced
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 cup beef broth
    – 1/2 cup heavy cream
    – 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – Olive oil for cooking

    Directions:

    1- Cook the Pasta:
    – Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    2- Prepare the Beef:
    – In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

    3- Cook the Vegetables:
    – Add the bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked through.

    4- Simmer with Broth:
    – Pour in the beef broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

    5- Add Cream:
    – Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes.

    6- Combine with Pasta:
    – Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef and vegetable mixture.

    7- Melt Cheese:
    – Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the pasta mixture and stir until melted and well combined.

    8- Season and Serve:
    – Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with additional shredded cheese if desired.
