    This Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf is a flavorful twist on a classic comfort food, made with tender ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, and fresh garlic.     Ingredients:

    1 pound ground chicken

    1 cup breadcrumbs

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

    1/4 cup milk

    1 large egg

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
