Savory Beef Stir-Fry with Peppers

Ingredients
500g beef strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prep the Ingredients: Wash and slice the bell peppers into strips. Mince the onion and chop the garlic.
Sear the Beef: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef strips, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies: In the same pan, add minced onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in garlic, followed by the sliced bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender but still crisp.
Bring It All Together: Return the beef to the pan, add soy sauce, and mix well. Let everything cook for another 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.
